OK, first of all, there are FAR too
many skeletons in my closet to ever
survive the scrutiny of a presidential
campaign these days! Additionally,
I'm not a multi-billionaire, nor do I
have a wide network of
multi-millionaires to tap into. I am
connected to one billionaire, through
a close friend, and know a few
millionaires, but not nearly enough
to muster the kind of do-re-mi it
takes to "win" a white house run in
this era!

1. Department of peace. It's time,
as Dennis Kucinich says, to recognize
the need for a focus on PEACE,
rather than simply a focus on WAR.
2. End the Bush debacle in Iraq. No
more war for oil. No more war for
profit. No more illegal wars of
aggression. No more endless
quagmires in lands we do not
belong. I swear in on 1/19/2009,
and our troops are all home by
3/19/2009. End of story.
The UN and the collective middle
eastern states will work together to
restore stability and peace in Iraq.
It is abundantly obvious that we will
NEVER see peace there as long as
the US remains mired there.
3. Alternative energy. Since the
main reason for our presence in the
middle east is, and always has been,
oil, we MUST take IMMEDIATE steps
to remove ourselves from our
dependence on that resource,
forever. I will immediately institute
an aggressive plan to move this
nation towards alternative sources
of energy and away from oil.
I will initiate an "Apollo program,"
that will mandate an end to all oil
imports within 10 years, and an end
to the burning of all fossil fuels
within 30 years. Funding will be
provided to develop an entire
industry of alternative energies,
including solar, wind, geothermal,
tidal, magnetic, gravitational, and
any other sources that can be drawn
upon effectively. We will NOT move
towards nuclear energy, as this has
been proven to be an extremely
costly, dangerous form of energy
that relies far too heavily on the
burning of fossil fuels (which is why
the fossil fuel industry favors it, of
course).
By 2010, 25% of all civilian use,
government vehicles, at all levels of
government, must be either electric
or hybrid powered. By 2015, that
number must be 60%. By 2020, all
such vehicle, along with 25% of the
entire US civilian fleet of
automobiles, must be so. By 2050,
all vehicles must be electric powered.
All new housing built after 2015 must
include its own electrical and heat
generating sources, whether they be
heat pumps, windmills, or solar
panels, or some combination thereof.
4. Balanced budget. Effective
immediately, by executive order, on
the afternoon of 1/19/09, all Bush
tax cuts for the upper 5% will be
eliminated, rolling all rates back to
1999 levels. Military spending will be
immediately reduced by 50%,with
the long term military spending goal
being a total of 10% of what it is
today.
We will dismantle the privatized
portion of the pentagon altogether.
All military procurement spending will
be offered only to those who prove
themselves worthy, and only so long
as the contractors continue to
produce acceptable weaponry at
acceptable levels of expenditure.
The days of the trillion dollar defense
budget are over, forever.
The department of homeland
security spending will be cut by 50%.
Rewards will be offered to any and
all who find and eliminate wasteful
spending in any department.
5. Immigration. Effective
immediately, any business owner or
manager who hires an illegal alien
from any country, will face an
automatic 5 years in prison and
$250,000 fine, for each hiree. I will
develop a temporary department to
oversee re-patriating those illegals
who currently reside here. No child
born to an illegal alien in this country
will be considered a US citizen, and
will be sent, with their families, to
their country of origin. LEGAL
immigration will be streamlined and
made more efficient, so that more
LEGAL aliens can enter this country
each year, to become an effective,
productive member of our economy.
6. Border security. Since there will
no longer be a need for fences, with
no more jobs being offered to illegal
aliens, border security will be entirely
handled by our existing border patrol
forces, as well as extensive use of
high tech sensing devices, including
remote controlled aircraft and
satellites.
7. Free trade. No longer, will this
nation be held hostage by
international bankers. We will NOT
take part in free trade laws that
result in the mass exportation of US
jobs. Period.
8. Public education. Effective
immediately, the federal government
will abolish the department of
education, and hand funding to the
states, for them to provide education
to their citizens as they see fit. It is
not the business of the federal
government to develop curriculum for
our children. We cannot allow
another generation of children to
grow up not knowing how to think
for themselves, not knowing how to
balance a checkbook, and not
knowing the importance of the vote.
9. Faith based initiative. Gone.
Forget it. It doesn't belong at the
federal level. End of story.
10. National health care. It is
nothing short of a nation tragedy
that our health care system has so
utterly failed us. We are the richest
nation on earth, yet nearly 47 million
go uninsured, and 18,000 die each
year as a result of having no
coverage. Another 100,000 die from
malpractice. Our infant mortality rate
is atrocious and unacceptable. We
need to remove the profit motive
from out health care system, create
a single payer source, and focus on
preventative care and alternative
and even holistic medicines, in
connection with advanced medical
practices.
11. Stem cell research. As long as
we have in vitro fertilization clinics,
we will be throwing away fertilized
human eggs. That is a simple fact.
They either go down the toilet or
they go towards critical medical
research that can lead to
tremendous, unimaginable
treatments and cures for some of
the world's most horrendous
diseases. To simply throw away
these blastocysts is a crime against
God and nature. We MUST provide
federal funding to prevent this
terrible waste.
12. Crime and punishment. Drug
laws will be gutted. Funding will be
provided for education and addiction
treatments. We will release all
non-violent, minor drug offenders
immediately. There will be no
penalty for possession of personal
use amounts of any drug. We
cannot legislate morality, and we
only enrich the black market drug
cartels by criminalizing drugs. No
more.
13. Capital punishment. Banned,
nationwide. There will be no more
state sponsored murder.
14. Torture. Never, ever again.
Period.
15. Illegal spying on domestic
citizens. NEVER.
16. Holding prisoners without
charges. NEVER.
17. ALL presidential records will be
made public the year after a
presidency ends, and ANY material
that uncovers criminal activity will be
fully investigated. Crimes will be
punished to the FULL extent of the
law, regardless of who committed
them.
NO presidential pardons. Period.
NO allowance for presidential
corruption of ANY KIND. Presidents
will be tried, convicted, and
sentenced to prison as any other
citizen who committed crimes would
be.
18. Corporations. No member of a
corporation will be allowed to have
ANY contact, direct or indirect
(through lobbyists) for ANY reason
whatsoever. No politician shall be
allow to enter the private sector for
a period of no less than five years
after serving in office. No member of
private industry shall be allowed to
run for office any less than five years
after serving in private industry, at
the corporate level.
19. Corporate person hood. Gone.
Kiss it goodbye. Corporations are
NOT people, and thus do NOT have
"rights." They will be held FULLY
accountable for the taxes that they
owe, the pollution that they cause,
the people that they maim and
murder with their callousness, and
the lives that they harm with their
greed and corruption. The days of
the robber baron are over. Again.
20. Voting. Electronic voting
machines will be banned
immediately, to be replaced by paper
ballots, which will be counted BY
HAND. There will be a PERMANENT
BAN on any and all electronic voting
machines. No corporate money will
be allowed to infiltrate the election
process. All elections will be publicly
funded, and there will be instant
runoff voting. The electoral college
will be ended. All elections will be
determined by majority count, as a
democracy should be run.
No member of a presidential
campaign shall be allowed to be in
charge of any state's election.
Election fraud will be dealt with
swiftly and severely. A new set of
punishment guidelines will be drawn
to determine fitting penalties for,
what is in effect, an attack against
our nation. There will be ZERO
tolerance for election fraud.
21. Provide a system whereby the
government works with industry to
help steer our high school aged kids
into fields where they will be
needed, and help provide assistance
for college educations of those kids.

What if? What if all that you'd
previously believed, were actually
false? What if homosexuals weren't
really demons from hell? What if
there really wasn't such a thing as a
"liberal media?" What if a 6 were
really a 9?
How many would actually be willing
to accept new "truths," if they
turned out to be 180 degrees apart
from their previous belief?
Would flaming libs be able to accept
that, in fact, the world DOES work
better when there is no middle
class? Would they be willing to
accept that pollution and wars of
aggression for profit are actually a
good thing?
And, would conservatives be willing
to accept that there was no Christ,
and that unfettered capitalism is
actually BAD for human kind? Would
they suddenly realize that rule of law
really mattered after all?
